Mary Lee grew up in Roanoke, VA.
Practicing in Fayetteville since 1987.
Graduated from Gardner-Webb University, then attended Physicians Assistant (PA) school at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.
Mary Lee has participated in many medical mission ventures to Asia, South America and Europe.
Finished her last year of PA school with a summer in China.
Most recent trip to Kenya was to assist in cleft lip surgeries on small children.
She has taught PA students from Duke, Bowman Gray, Methodist and the Army PA programs.
One of Mary Lee's goals has been to educate women about their health and empower them to feel good about themselves.
Twenty years in OB/GYN.
Seven + years in plastic surgery.
Mary Lee has two Yorkshire terriers, likes al fresco dining, and loves to travel, especially to places with clear water and white sand.

Debbie is multi-dimensional.
Her Texas roots have influenced her commitment to living big and the vitality of her entrepreneurial spirit breathes life into whatever she does.
Degree in education and a passion for learning.
Her upbeat energy and contagious style blend perfectly with our mission to nurture and spoil our clients at Elan Med Spa.
An animal lover and an outdoor enthusiast, she loves hanging with family and friends. Throw in a few guitars and hysterical laughter and that's a perfect day.

GRETCHEN BARNES-HOLZINGER
Clinic Coordinator

Born and raised in Fayetteville NC.
Now raising her own family here, Gretchen has strong ties and deep roots in her community. Her husband is a local business owner and they have two amazing kids and a dog named Smudge. When she has time, she enjoys reading, watching movies and is a big celebrity buff.
With a bachelor’s degree from Fayetteville State University, and a background in the medical field, she brings with her 20+ years of customer relations experience.
